This kit includes the classic pieces for preparing matcha with a bamboo whisk, plus your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Organic.

Our Organic Matcha comes from Uji, Kyoto and uses traditional organic growing methods, including reed-and-straw covering during the final shade-growing stage. The flavour is earthy, balanced and gently astringent — a little more rustic than our other Hachi grades, and very much its own thing.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and whisk briskly for about 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
