This deluxe set combines a locally made matcha cup by Helen Pedneault with an Aerolatte frother, bamboo scoop, sieve and Hachi Matcha Silver.

Silver is our best all-rounder from Uji, Kyoto, blended from Gokou and Yabukita. It is smooth and mellow with light floral notes and a gentle astringency, which makes it equally comfortable straight or in a latte.

Best for:

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the cup. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Drink straight, or add steamed milk for a latte.
