This deluxe set combines a handcrafted matcha cup by local potter Laurie Hashizume with an Aerolatte matcha frother, sieve, bamboo scoop and your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Bronze.

Bronze is our approachable everyday matcha from Uji, Kyoto, made from 100% Yabukita. It has enough character to enjoy straight and enough body to make a very good latte.

Best for:
Everyday matcha drinkers, gifts, first-time buyers who want a complete setup, and anyone who prefers a modern frother over a traditional bamboo whisk.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the cup. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Drink straight, or add steamed milk for a latte.
