This set includes the traditional tools for bamboo-whisk preparation, plus your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Silver.

Silver is our best all-rounder from Uji, Kyoto, blended from Gokou and Yabukita. It is smooth and mellow with light floral notes and gentle astringency, making it equally happy straight or in a latte.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and whisk briskly for about 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
