A traditional setup for a matcha that deserves a little attention.

This kit includes the classic tools for bamboo-whisk preparation, plus your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Gold.

Gold is our richer, smoother and more umami-forward Hachi blend from Uji, Kyoto, made from Samidori and Asahi. It is savoury, layered and especially good when prepared straight with water.

Best for:
Traditional preparation, premium gifts, tea lovers and anyone who wants to turn a cup of matcha into a small occasion.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and whisk briskly for about 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
