How to prepare traditional matcha:
Empty one 2g stick into a small bowl or cup. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C. Whisk or froth for about 15 seconds until smooth and creamy.

For a matcha latte:
Whisk one 2g stick with about 1 oz of 70–80°C water, then add steamed milk.

Storage:
Keep away from heat, light, air, moisture and strong odours.
