This deluxe set combines a locally made matcha cup by Helen Pedneault with an Aerolatte frother, bamboo scoop, sieve and Hachi Matcha Organic.

Our Organic Matcha comes from Uji, Kyoto and is grown using traditional organic methods, including reed-and-straw covering during the final shade-growing stage. The flavour is earthy, balanced and gently astringent — a little more rustic, a little more traditional, and very much its own thing.

Best for:
Organic tea drinkers, gifts, anyone curious about a more traditional flavour profile, and people who want a complete modern setup at home.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the cup. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Enjoy straight, or add steamed milk for a latte.
