This starter kit includes the essentials for making smooth, well-mixed matcha without a traditional bamboo whisk: a sieve, an electric frother and your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Bronze.

Hachi Matcha Bronze is our approachable everyday matcha from Uji, Kyoto. Made from 100% Yabukita, it has enough character to enjoy straight while still standing up well in lattes.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into a cup or bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Enjoy straight, or add steamed milk for a latte.
