This kit includes the classic tools for preparing matcha with a bamboo whisk, plus your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Bronze.

Bronze is our approachable everyday matcha from Uji, Kyoto, made from 100% Yabukita. It is easy to enjoy straight and sturdy enough to make a very good latte.

Best for:
Traditional preparation, first-time matcha drinkers, everyday use and anyone who wants to learn the ritual with a forgiving, approachable matcha.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and whisk briskly for about 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
