Each 2g stick is pre-portioned and ready to use — no scoop, no sieve and no guessing. The matcha itself is an umami-rich premium blend from Uji, Kyoto, made for everyday drinking with convenience built in.

How to use:
Empty one stick into a cup or bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Drink straight, or add steamed milk for a latte.

The frother requires 2 AA batteries.

Great tasting matcha and so simple to make. I just added the content of the packet to hot (not boiling!) water and used the little electric (requires 2 AA batteries which weren't included) to mix up a really nice frothy matcha. So easy and so good. The Matcha was smooth and creamy witha really light flavor and pleasant aftertaste.
One time I added it to hot milk and the resulting latte was out of this world. So much better than I get from S******ks, sooooo much better.
