This deluxe set combines a locally made matcha cup by Laurie Hashizume with an Aerolatte frother, bamboo scoop, sieve and Hachi Matcha Gold.

Gold is our richer, more umami-forward Hachi blend from Uji, Kyoto, made from Samidori and Asahi. It is smooth, savoury and layered, with enough depth to make straight matcha feel like an occasion.

Best for:
Premium gifts, straight matcha drinkers, anyone upgrading from a basic setup, and people who want convenience without losing the pleasure of a proper cup.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into the cup. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Gold is excellent straight, though it also makes a beautifully rich latte.
