This starter kit includes the essentials for making smooth matcha at home with an electric frother, plus your choice of 20g or 40g of Hachi Matcha Silver.

Silver is our best all-rounder from Uji, Kyoto: smooth, balanced and easy to appreciate, with light floral notes and just enough structure to work beautifully both straight and in a latte.

How to prepare:
Sift ½–1 teaspoon of matcha into a cup or bowl. Add 2–4 oz of water at approximately 70–80°C and froth for about 15 seconds until smooth. Enjoy straight, or add steamed milk for a latte.
